Who I work with

Hi, I'm Dave. I run Figure Eight Financial,, and I made a deliberate choice most bookkeepers won't make: I work with one industry. If you run a residential route business, a commercial janitorial company, or both at once, your books have a shape I know cold, the forty small deposits, the net-60 property managers, the receipts in the truck, the crews that are half W-2 and half 1099. Who's behind it

I'm a Certified Bookkeeper and a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor. Before this I studied computer science at Penn State and spent a career at IBM as an engineer, which is kind of why my bookkeeping looks the way it does, systems wired up so data flows in once and lands correctly, and nothing depends on somebody remembering.
